I don’t Imagine the bow is hefty compared to other aluminum bows. My only dislike would be the cam stops are louder than past bows I've shot. I feel They are really made out of a denser rubber. I put a little bit of mole skin about the limb for the Call level and it fastened it wholly. I highly recommend the bow.Xpedition bows are Swiss produced
